1 Year Membership - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Members join the club for a one year term.
Full membership privileges.
Two (2) volunteer hours or a $30 volunteer opt-out fee required.
One (1) meal for mothers support or $30 opt-out fee required.
Opt-out fees will be applied to the following membership term.

2 Year Membership - $90.00 (USD) Subscription period: 2 years No automatically recurring payments Members join the club for a two year term.
Full membership privileges.
Two (2) volunteer hours per year (four hours total over two years) or $30 volunteer opt-out fee per year ($60 total) required.
One (1) meal for mothers support per year (two meals total over two years) or $30 opt-out fee required per year ($60 total) required.
Opt-out fees will be applied to the following year's term

3 Year Membership - $120.00 (USD) Subscription period: 3 years No automatically recurring payments Members join the club for a three year term.
Full membership privileges.
Two (2) volunteer hours per year (six hours total over 3 years) or $30 volunteer opt-out fee per year ($90 total) required.
One (1) meal for mothers support per year (three meals total over 3 years) or $30 opt-out fee required per year ($90 total) required.
Opt out fees will be applied to the following year's term.
